Summer  skin got you down? It has me down, too.

Summer’s a time when I usually find my skin looking sallow, oily, inconsistent,  and generally run down. It’s a season when my skin and lips need A LOT of attention. This summer, though, I have found several products I am going berserk over. They’ve all become my “go-to” products. I thought I’d share a little bit about them, and why I love them.

1. Dream Fresh BB Cream by Maybelline: I’ve told plenty of people this little tube is a miracle. It’s a cross between a tinted moisturizer, skin brightener, SPF, and corrector. Since I started using it daily about three weeks ago, my skin hasn’t needed as much care. It’s brighter, less oily, less prone to acne, and reaping the benefits of an automatic SPF. This stuff is a must try.

2. Feeling Younger Skin Tint by Lush: I started using this product back in the winter, and it has carried me right through the seasons. Like the BB cream, the focus here in on hydration and preventing fine lines. It works great on days when you don’t want to use a foundation, but still want to put something on your skin. It does a great job of giving skin a healthy glow.

3. Lipslicks Smoochies by Covergirl: I’m not a huge fan of lip balms, but I love this one. It gives just a hint of color without all the hassle of a lipstick. It’s fun, easy, and perfect for summer and a simple beauty routine.

What are your go-to beauty products?

  1. I am extremely impressed together with your writing skills as
neatly as with the layout on your blog. Is that this a paid
topic or did you customize it yourself? Either way
keep up the excellent high quality writing, it is uncommon to look a
great weblog like this one these days..
